In collaboration with Bittercube, our first ever Wolf variant aged in a bitter barrel.
After emptying a barrel of Triple Barrel Wolf in 2022, our friends at Bittercube used the empty barrel to age four different types of bitters: Orange, Blackstrap, Root Beer, and Chipotle Cacao. After four months of aging, they bottled the bitters up and gave the barrel back to us. We then put Wolf back into it, and aged it for another year.
