By using a sour mash, Brettanomyces, rye malt, raspberries, and oak, this complex beer starts with some funky notes up front before yielding to tart and refreshing sour raspberries.

The beer pours in the glass with a burnt orange and slight pinkish hues around the corners. Smells of tart cherries and raspberries are the first thing to greet you, along with a slight toastiness from the oak. As you take a sip the tart cherry smell gives way to a more pronounced tart raspberry taste. As you swallow, you are greeted with a touch of rye spice.
